Suddenly no notifications anymore with Amcrest Smart Home and AD410 on Android.

Notifications also stopped for me a few days ago then have not been restored despite the fact that I have uninstalled and reloaded the app and reset and reconnected my cameras.

I don't think I was having the problem last month that others were, but I'm definitely not getting notifications now on my Samsung S22+.

Has anyone from Amcrest acknowledged or at least communicated something? Been almost a week now with this issue. I am about to give up on Amcrest. What is the point of having doorbell and outside cameras if you can't get notified of someone ringing your doorbell or coming up your driveway.

I messaged Amcrest and they said they are looking into it. Big deal. Such a shame, great cameras but support is lacking.

I don't understand how we keep going around in circles on this issue. Yeah, ok, Android updated their OS that caused a breaking change in the Amcrest code.....but it shouldn't take Amcrest SIX weeks to address the issue?! Someone needs to step up and give an update as to what is going on instead of hiding in the shadows and passing blame to Android.

So I don't know why there is notice issues again.. My guess is there is a server issue. Servers are a leased system from Amazon, What I do know is that while I am not getting AD410 alerts I am getting alerts for my ASH26 and my ASH21. Maybe there was something done with the Servers that restarted and added a new IP or URL to the server for the doorbell that didn't update in the doorbell cameras. Amcrest isn't hiding in the shadows on the matter, they need to find the issue and then find a solution. Oddly the first issue that was cured last time, When i mentioned the outage again I was told the issue was something new and would be looked into. Sorry it is taking longer then one would like it too. I can assure you that they are not sitting on their hands on the matter..
