Suddenly no notifications anymore with Amcrest Smart Home and AD410 on Android.

It's not just Android. Not working on iOS as well. And it's not just the doorbell cameras, I have an ASH26 floodlight that also isn't working.
Re: Suddenly no notifications anymore with Amcrest Smart Home and AD410 on Android.
I just de-commissioned a Ring doorbell that had been working without issue for nine years (and still does) in favor of a Reolink to give me a legitimate 5MP RTSP/ONVIF doorbell and much better than average app that I could also integrate into my Blue Iris system..., and which also blows the doors off any Amcrest doorbell.
Amcrest can't keep their crap working for a week. You couldn't pay me to use an Amcrest doorbell or anything else Amcrest that relies on the ASH platform. It's third rate coding by a clueless development group supported by a business structure that clearly puts the customer last on the priority list after the sale. Frankly, I'm surprised legal action hasn't already been taken over the continuing failure of Amcrest to support their products and services. There should be.
And I'm quite certain they're not just sitting on their hands over the issue, because they're sitting on their brains.
But keep buying their crap and excuses and they'll be more than happy to keep selling it to you.
And Revo..., stop being the Amcrest apologist for their inexcusable behavior and poorly developed products. You're above that, as are the people here who you otherwise unselfishly try to help on an ongoing basis in spite of Amcrest and their ongoing lack of support for both their customers and your efforts here. They are not worthy of your passion and dedication.

Yes, Pogo, at the very least the lack of some transparency is inexcusable. In July, when the notifications resumed, I wrote to tell them, and they said, "It's possible that there may have been updates or adjustments on our end that have resolved the issue, but no specific changes have been communicated."
How is that possible?...unless no one at Amcrest has any means of knowing when there is a service operational failure, and if they do know, they don't know why.
This time I've had no response from them, and the situation with security cameras that don't provide notifications is not sustainable. I think I'm done with Amcrest.
Suggestions on other providers?

Reboot your devices. If you are still not getting any alerts I would Reboot your devices..
Be Safe.

To clarify, I’m on iOS and I see the alerts in the app like posted above but I get no push notifications.

On iOS, push notifications are working again for me as of a few minutes ago.

Don't know, I am just saying that it has worked for me on the devices that i have that were not sending notices. I am getting them again after doing a reboot on the devices that were not sending them before..
If not getting them on your phone push, I would make sure that you have push active and maybe reboot your phone if it has been a while since you last rebooted your phone. Not saying it was your phone just saying something to try..
Again I was getting notices on 2 devices and a few others I was not. I reboot them and now I am getting all the push and alerts are being posted. I wasn't even getting notices posted before I did the Reboot of the device. I can't say it will cure your issue, Just thought I would post what has worked for me. I didn't restart my phone in a while and didn't have to. Just an idea if not getting push but still having alerts show in your app..

For the record, I didn’t reboot anything.

Sorry also forgot to mention that I don't know why but my Time Zone info was off and so I set that to the correct zone as well. For all I know it might have been just the devices were not working because of that.. I personally don't know, I rebooted and looked at time zone because I noticed it was not on the right time, I setup the zone..
Just trying to be Helpful.
