Thanks for the 3 day fix Amcrest. Notifications have once again stopped working. Maybe the next fix will last for 3 weeks? This is turning into a joke.

I'm having the exact same issue. When I manually press the doorbell the camera consistently reboots. I've also replaced the transformer and it did not make any difference. Waiting on tech support to call me back.
