There must be a firmware issue - my IP3M-941 picture sucks compared to the IP2M-841. The only good thing about the 941 is that it connects to my 5g network and is much faster than the 841. Also, the PTZ does not go as far down to look towards ground as does the 841. All in all I'm pretty disappointe...
