Re: IP2M-841 Software Version: 2.420.AC00.17.R, Build Date: 2017-03-22
I upgraded my IPM2-841B firmware only to find that my video configuration settings seem to default to original with every reboot. I have to have mine set at Mirror and flip 180. I tried exporting settings, restore to default, and then re-importing as well. No dice, same problem.

Re: The device and pc are not in the same segment or the por

Anyone have any idea why my hardwired ProHD cameras go offline after maybe 30 minutes, and I receive the following error message when pinging them via the IP Config tool? "The device and pc are not in the same segment or the port is wrong." All devices are hardwired via CAT6 and are on the...

Re: Locked out of all devices
By "locked out" do you mean that you can't log in or you can't find them? - Can't find them? Use the IP Config tool to verify the IP address. By default it's set for DHCP - so it may have changed. TIP: I set mine to static and configured my router not to assign IP addresses in that range. ...

ProHD Software bug effects ALL notifications when hardwired
ProHD: If hardwired, you must enable WIFI in Setup>Network>WIFI in order to receive push notifications. This effects both Gmail (perhaps other email), as well as push notifications on all devices (tested on both iPhone and Android). Software Version: 2.420.AC00.11.R, build : 2016-01-06 WEB Version: ...
