Cant reset 1080P Pan/Tilt Wireless IP Camera

Cant reset 1080P Pan/Tilt Wireless IP Camera

Got this camera about a month ago and have no issues with it until now, we had to get a new router at home for our wifi, after that the camera was not connected of course. I tried to connect thru the app and have tried numerous times already with no success. I finally did a hard reset on the back of the camera and have tried to connect to wifi that way but no luck. When I do the hard reset all I get a flashing green light for about 30 seconds and then a solid red light. I have scanned in the s/n over and over into the app and still cant connect.
Not sure if I am doing something wrong but nothing is working.

From what I have read when I do the hard reset I should get a solid green light and the camera should be back to the factory settings and I should be able to activate the camera as if it was a brand new camera, but that is not happening at all.

can anyone please assist?

Please I am having a meltdown trying to get this thing connected....

Finally got the camera to reset.

Now i am locked out of every device we try to view it on, this is so complicated.

By "locked out" do you mean that you can't log in or you can't find them?

- Can't find them? Use the IP Config tool to verify the IP address. By default it's set for DHCP - so it may have changed. TIP: I set mine to static and configured my router not to assign IP addresses in that range.
- Can't log in using your password? Remember that when you reset the cameras the password was reset to admin.
