The Snapshot menu is located under Playback on the home screen of the camera's WebUI. There is a Snapshot tab under the menu bar. You'll be able to change Snapshot resolution and quality in that tab.

Thank you, I saw that. This will change the jpg quality for those sent to the sd card for playback. Surprisingly this has no effect on the jpg size or quality of those sent to my email. Very strange.

Did you check that you are changing the Event and not just the General? General is for full time recording or images and Event is where you would want to make sure you change for better images that may or may not make email images better.. Email might be on a limited image size to help keep you from filling up your email box before the end of the month lol..
