So It looks like the issues is on newer phones. I have a Oneplus One (android phone) and the Amcrest App works flawlessly over TMobile LTE for the past 2 years. My wife's Iphone 7 which she just got a few months ago works fine over Tmobile LTE as well. I just got my brand new Oneplus 5 phone today and have the Amcrest App set up and I run into the same issues that everyone else here is having. Works on Local Wifi but doesn't work over Tmobile LTE. It still works fine on my wife's Iphone 7. I decided to put the sim back into my old phone and the Amcrest app works flawlessly over Tmobile LTE. So it has something to do with newer phones and IPV6 vs IPV4. I guess my old phone didn't support IPV6 over LTE? I hope this helps.

Has this issue ever been resolved with Tmobile and Amcrest cameras? I recently purchased 2 IP2M 841b cameras.
Have not been successful with live view on my iphone 7. I am able to view only when in my wifi area at home but
as soon as I'm on LTE, it fails to connect or times out.
I have contacted tech support online but they keep telling me to get a stronger wifi network without any other solutions. My ATT Uverse router/modem is a new installation from 2 months ago.
I finally called tech support. One tech set me up for P2P and told me to wait a few days and it should work. I immediately switched my iphone off wifi, and cameras did not connect. Not sure why tech wanted me to wait 2 days. It's either going to work or not. Another call to different tech suggested to use port forwarding. He made changes into my ATT Arris NVG589 router/modem and we deleted cameras from my iphone and added it back. The live view continues to not connect on my iphone when off wifi. Not sure of tech's knowledge on port forwarding since he had to stop every few minutes to ask his supervisor on the next step. Tech finally gave up and said it doesn't work with my router. He left me in more of a mess since with his changes to my computer, the cameras failed to load on Amcrest Surveillance Pro. I finally got the cameras back online as I had before. Maybe I should call again and I'll get another more experienced tech? Not sure if techs have to meet a certain quota of calls each day, but each one of them seem rushed and want to get you off the line.
Being able to view cameras on my mobile is one of the reasons I purchased these cameras. It's over 30 days since
my purchase, so I can't return.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I contacted tech support at T-mobile and they said they switched to IPV6 from IPV4 for security purposes last year.
Since these cameras are IPV4, are there any computer changes that can be done to be able to view these cameras on
mobile device? How far away is Amcrest from switching to IPV6?
