Hello,
I have no issues connecting via P2P on my Tmobile 10.2 Iphone if via wifi. It can be home wifi, public wifi, whatever. But when I switch to cellular, its an immediate "Failed to Connect".
I installed the Amcrest View Pro app on my work iphone, which is AT&T, and it works fine on cellular.
Its just something on TMobile and the iphone. Anyone have any ideas?

The new app update did not fix the problem. Uninstalled, reinstalled, etc. on both my iphone, wifes iphone, and my ipad. All are on T mobile w/ ios10.2. I can only view the cameras when any of those devices are on the safe wifi network only. It's impossible for either of us to check the cameras when we are at work during the day.

Did you have to re add the camera after reinstalling the app? If not please delete the camera from the app and add it again using the P2P method.

Yes the app asks me to re add the cameras every time I reinstall the app. I scan the QR code, it asks for the user name and pass and then the progress ring just spins. Never times out, it just spins. If I turn wifi on and reconnect to my wifi network, I can go through the same exact steps and successfully install and view the cameras. Same thing happens on my wifes iPhone 6.

What is the work around? The app does seem to work sporadically on the iPad when wifi is off and on cellular T-Mobile network. But my iPhone still won't connect. I've reinstalled the app and cameras countless times, restored from backup, etc. other than getting an entire new phone, I can't imagine another possible "work around".

I'm having the same problem after switching to tmobile from verizon. I had no problems on Verizon and now I cannot access my cameras on tmobile.

Is there no fix for this? I have called three times, spoke to someone on the "on line chat" only to be told that they were on the phone and asked that I call their support line for the 4th time? Does anyone have any answers to your customers? I have spent a lot of money on this system, 8 camera's DVR, etc. Can someone on your support team escalate this to a senior support person????? Please?

Everything was working fine for months and then all of a sudden its stops working properly. Only on my phone which is t mobile. My wifes at&t iPhone works great. I can even use an older phone with my t mobile hotspot but not directly from the app on my t mobile iPhone. Called tech support and they were no help. Please someone fix this issue. Very frustrating that this was working fine and now it doesn't. Tech support keeps telling me this issue was resolved in the last update. I think the last update is what caused my problems. Please fix!!!!!
