I have a Amcrest Pro HD 3MP Bullet Camera that has been installed correctly. I can view it from my PC or iPad live. The motion detector is working and emailing me a notification and a popup on my phone. I have created an account at amcrestcloud.com and have connected said camera. I can view it live through the cloud from any location and the motion detector events are listed there in the timeline. However, when I click on any of the motion detector events on either my iPad using the cloud app or online at amcrestcloud.com, there is no video. The online portal simply shows a black screen. The iPad app shows black and eventually displays a "Failed Cannot Connect" message.
I've given it 24 hours, I've rebooted the camera, I've removed it from my cloud account and added it on again, etc. etc. I don't know what else to do. Why aren't my recorded events actually playing for me?
