App and Smart Client No longer displaying footage
I just set up the system. Initially the footage displayed on the laptop screen although there was a slight delay. Went to set up app----message kept displaying load streaming. I have restarted, rebooted and plug out the system to no avail. Please help. System: 960H

Go to settngs > System > General and Change the Video standard to NTSC from PAL and reboot the DVR. Please contact our technical support if you are still facing issues.
