Android app login keeps failing

I just set up my 960 and it's great. The lite app, however, keeps saying login failed... I'm entering the correct password... is there something else I should be doing? It's extremely frustrating because being able to view on my phone is one of the reasons I purchased the system

Is the system plugged in to the router? It should be for the phone app to work. If you are still having issues, please contact our technical support and we will be happy to help.

I am unable to connect my phone through the Amcrest view lite or pro app. I am setting it up correctly using admin as username and admin as password then I connect my wifi on the app and when I hit live view it says password invalid.
