Amcrest Smart Home - "Network Error" cannot login

I am very frustrated. I am getting the same error message. Ive called support svera; times and no help. My understanding if that they are working on the app network that is down. It has been down for 3 days. Does anyone have a suggestion? I don't understand what is going on.

Well being down 3 days and the 3 days was on a weekend no one was in the office to work on it in the weekends.. So give it some time.. None of my cameras are in my app and after removing it and installing app again now I can't even get to my account says Network issues.. Give them a little time to sort things out. Things don't just happen with a flip of a Switch..

Their support has been non existent for years and this outage takes the cake!! First they break the Surveillance Pro software with an update that can't be reversed, now they break the only means that thousands have to monitor and communicate to doorbells!

They need to make a clean sweep in their support group and move it to Texas instead of off shore.

Just downloaded Amcrest View Pro 2 and I am now able to connect and control my cameras again. I will use this until they fix the other app or just replace these cameras with another company that I'm already using. This is ridiculous!

3 days down is ridiculous. So I switched to ReoLink and its working well so far. Faster response, more options, and integrates directly with Home Assistant.

If I hard reset my AD110 doorbell camera, I have no choice but to wait for Amcrest to fix the network error? as the camera's connection to my Wifi network has not bee set.. and I cannot connect to it before logging into my account, it seems.

I am lucky and can monitor the feed via my Qnap NVR link but yes also a cloud issue here.

Unfortunately, thats where i am - did a hard reset and now its not working as i can't add it back on again. Completely stuck now
