Amcrest Smart Home - "Network Error" cannot login

NEW Android version released today 3.13.4 - comment says "AWS issues now resolved"....

and my camera and app is back online.

Not for the Apple App… same issue. No update available.

Another Apple user here. Hoping that they’re now working on the iOS version of the app.

Can any Apple users please post when the issue is resolved? I will be away for the holidays, leaving later today. Thanks.

Yeah one thing I like about Smarthome app, ability to remove and install new app, sign in and all the devices that was loaded come back online app. Don't have to add in each device one st a time. Working again after installing new app from play store.

I've been having the same issues as everyone else. I have an android phone, I just went to the play store and downloaded and installed the latest version of the Smart Home app and everything is working again.

I had downloaded and installed the pro version 2 but it only worked if I was at home and on the same network as my cameras.

NOTE: I just deleted the app and reinstalled ... I can see the Cameras again

Just got my ReoLink camera from Amazon. App works great; camera is actually a bit clearer. Can’t complain.

Wouldn’t have looked elsewhere cause I’ve always used Amcrest. Will transition to ReoLink for future items. Thanks for the push guys!

I reported this to support - they are very aware of it.
Amcrest Surveillance Pro still can see the local cameras. Remote camera are blind.

Spoke too soon -I updated the app in Android and the issue is resolved.
