Amcrest Smart Home Register on Android not working

Looks like they may have 'unstuck' their queue. I just started getting a flood of unusable verification codes!

Unfortunately both accounts I was trying to use have reached their daily registration limit

Same - receiving all the codes I requested but of course they are expired.

I requested a new code an nothing yet so I am guessing the reg server is just flooded with requests playing catch up. (or it's still just broken) Will try again in a bit and report back unless someone beats me to it.

Worked for me .... finally. Never heard back from support still but I guess it doesn't much matter now.

Same issue today, new camera, downloaded and opened the Amcrest Smart Home app for Android (running on a Pixel 7a Android 14) select Register, United States, check to agree to privacy policy, input email address, click send verification code and no email is ever received. Tried two working email accounts (Gmail and Yahoo), looked in spam folders, nothing received even after 15 minutes.

Registered on this forum just now and did receive the verification email for that.

How long before I can continue setting up my camera?

Tried several hours later, still didn't work. Tried again the following day, worked. Server issue?
