Stop logging me out every coupld days

Hi Amcrest. I love your video doorbell. Best in the market. RTSP feed is exactly what i need.
The smart phone app "Amcrest Smart Home" - it's amazing as well.
One key issue - it keeps logging me out every couple days, and doesn't even tell me that it did it.
1) How do I get it to stop logging me out so frequently?
2) How do I get it to tell me when it's logged out with a notification so that I can take action and log in again?
I need the notifications.
