I happen to be an app developer. I can tell you that it's not as easy as just putting an old version of the app on the app store. Once a new version goes up, the old version become unavailable. If you delete the current version, the app is completely removed from the store (it does not drop back to the old version). To get an old version back, you must build the old code set as a new version and then upload that. Of course, then you have to go through the approval process again.Speedy14 wrote:Yes, same issue as described above with iPhone 6s and newly updated app. Can you please put the old version back on the Apple App store for downloading while you trouble shoot the new, broken version? BTW - do you beta test the updates in house before releasing to the public??????
Great idea on using the Lite app. Sadly it is no longer available (for iPhone) in the App Store. I just started up my cameras a week ago so only loaded the Pro app.dk777 wrote:I am having the same issues as everyone else. I reinstalled the amcrest view lite app that I wasn't using and it will let me see my cameras on my iPhone 6. This worked for me while the pro app is hopefully being fixed.
