@rd988, mine is online. were you able to update to this firmware before the doorbell going offline?

There are 4 known IP's that respond to SmartHome services on port 15301. I just tested all 4 and confirmed they still respond. Since @rd988 doorbell was online and is now offline, it may be due to some other Internet connectivity issue at his house since the IP's haven't changed again.
I haven't updated to the new firmware yet. Waiting to see how many problems are being reported first. it will be interesting to run a config backup to compare settings related to the DMSIPServer with the new firmware.

I sure agree with you @amcrest168 about not being able to edit posts after a day. This must be a configurable setting that the site admin can change for us.
Have you or Revo had any luck contacting a site admin? (I sure haven't) I recall Revo mentioning talking to @Kwing in a post. KWing is also a site admin that was online yesterday. Would sure love to see him or her join in from time to time and provide badly needed direct Amcrest representation.

I was able to upgrade the firmware - updated yesterday to the version in the subject line here.
It doesn't show as connected to my access point anymore, either.
It went offline, according to my AP logs, at 07/02/2020 1:01 am which is a bit suspect - is there a cron/scheduled job overnight? That is mountain time, so would have been 0700GMT.
Just reset the breaker that the transformer is on... hasn't showed back up after 5 minutes. So its not a connectivity issue to the AWS servers.
Just did the reset dance.
It asks me to upgrade to 20200702, went ahead and did that.
Its back online... for how long, dunno...

wait, v1.000.00AC004.0.R.20200702 is a newer firmware! creating a new thread. i'm not sure what's new with this??

So 20200702 was working for me until maybe yesterday - offline again. Anyone else still online?
