Unfortunately amcrest outdoor cameras are not recommended to use below -10 deg C, bullet is preferred if it is wall mount and dome is recommended for ceiling mount.

Please check power adopter for the cameras because if any voltage drop it will not turn ON the IR LED's.

Just check the motion detection enable on cloud , On the go to the settings and remove the email address from Notification option.

Which amcrest model camera are you using ?, try adjusting the bitrate to different values and also try login with different computers and check any difference.

Did you try different mouse ? and also there will be two USB ports on the DVR one in front and one in the back.

If you are using free cloud plan you can only able to access past 4 hours recordings anything behind that time will be deleted.

Go to your system menu and navigate to Info > software version and check the software date also.
