Re: firefox and internet explorer plugins no longer working
Hey Melvin, do you realize that "older Firefox versions" are full of security holes? Did you really just suggest people use old, unpatched browsers. Do YOU use old, unpatched browsers? Do the employees at Amcrest use old, vulnerable versions of Firefox? Yeah, I didn't think so. "We a...

Re: Amcrest View Pro stops working after latest firmware update
I had to do the same. Amcrest firmware is crap. I've got the same issues going on. With the latest "v11" firmware, the Amcrest plugin for Chrome no longer works when viewed through external sources (port mapped through the router). I have 3 cameras, 2 of them have been updated, and both of...

Re: Amcrest View Pro (iOS v3.40.0057) - Login Timed Out
I prefer the IP/Domain/DDNS method (in theory it is not reliant on Amcrest for S/N registry lookup) and it appears to work again with the version release to the App Store today.

Raheel, you are asking users to modify their network, when the PROBLEM IS WITH YOUR APP. I say this based on the fact the camera is perfectly accessible and usable with the browser-based Amcrest Viewer and with third party iOS apps.
Why don't you fix the root cause of the problem?
