Re: unable to turn off the LED lights
Ok sorry, On and 1, 2.. The dip switches need to be on the other side 1 and 2. I know you said that it would only work in CVBS but if that is the case then 2 things. One you have a bad system or you are using a 5mp camera on a DVR that don't support 5mp.. Or you are using a 3rd party device and it o...

Re: unable to turn off the LED lights
Normally written manual is more complete then an online one. Seeing they said new system figured they already looked. Issue is sticker for cvbs and CVI isn't very clear. One is both switches other direction from other. If ptz setting is wrong even with cvi set camera could say protocol needs set bec...

What DVR are you using? Some are different then others on how to setup protocol. However new camera on new channel should have setup the tight one for your camera.

Re: Impact of varifocal cameras on apeture and exposure
Hello and Welcome to the forum.. So the Max is 1.5 so that is going to be the Zoomed in point. Most times that data can be found on cameras lens it self and or even the data sheet.. However because this data isn't on the Website in the data sheet and I don't own one to see if there might be any extr...

Re: Losing connection
Double-check the Nano Station connections. Verify their addresses and ensure they're not on a heavily trafficked WiFi channel. Choose a channel that, while it may not be perfect, is less congested. If your Nano Stations allow you to adjust the power settings, make sure you're not overshooting the lo...

Re: fail to find network host
Network cable or power issue. Nvr don't have wifi so if not connected to outside line/router then no one is trying to access. My cameras say this on NVR when camera reboots. First thing I would do is change password on NVR admin account, when prompted to also do cameras click ok. This will insure no...

Re: Anyone setup Orion yet?
Don't know about NAS for Orion, Maybe make a ticket with Amcrest Support and see if they can help you out with that if there isn't anyone else that is using the software that knows about NAS..

Re: New Member With Simple Question
Here is a Video I made over a year ago or around a year ago. Where I seen someone talking about a new camera they have that is color at night and that there is nothing that flashes when using a color at night camera like it does with IR.. They showed a IR camera with IR on and a white LED camera aka...

Re: NV4108E-A2 recording locking up
I would talk with Amcrest support and make a ticket. System don't sound right. My HDD wasn't new when put in my A2 as it came from an already in use HS nvr.
