Tried VLC, the Amcrest Pro iPhone app, and also various URL formats - all fail for multicast. In addition, there are no mcast packets coming out of the camera. Typically, content sources will send multicast traffic if there are no IGMP options\settings so I would expect the cam to be sending the vid...

Also, the mcast IPs do NOT need to be the same. By default, they are but that is a design choice - not a requirement.

Sure that works - it's unicast - not multicast. There's no issue with unicast...multicast is what is broken...never been able to get it to work.
