What browser is that? Can't tell as I am viewing this on my phone.

My problem is on both the app and the IP Config tool - neither will play saved video. The app says there are no recordings. The desktop program shows the recordings but won't play them. I am also unable to download the files....it starts but never moves off 0% I tried running the browser as admin......

For me I get the error message "No recordings" through the Amcrest View Pro app. When I logon through my browser via the DDNS address, it shows I have recordings, I just can't get them to play. It acts like its trying to play but no video ever starts. I have tried IE, FireFox, Chrome, Safa...

I did read a lot of posts about the nvr....did you experience any issues? Did you get them all resolved?

Did you have any issues getting the cameras to store data on the synology? did you use the NAS feature or did you setup ftp

Is that the top of the line model for Amcrest?

I was leaning towards sinology or austor.


Just thinking about it now.....what NVR would work with the ProHD?
