NVR / Proview 2

I have a new 16 Channel Amcrest NVR. When I view the live feed, on both the app and the NVR, the image appears zoomed in on all 16 cameras. I cannot figure out how to adjust this issue? Any suggestions ?

Something to try, go to nvr Display, try enhance or original ratio see if that makes a difference
