“No support” message on monitor

Post by Alima »

Hello everyone,

I have a NV4108E-HS. It worked fine until recently. I was doing some setup changes, then the monitor went black and I am getting: “No Support” message… I tried to reset it to factory, but there is no button to do that… Is the NVR dead? How to fix it?

Thanks!

If there's a reset button, it would be on the motherboard. Try various resolutions on your monitor. Try the other video output (HDMI or VGA).

@Alima Hello and Welcome to the forum..

So you will want to connect to the NVRs WebUI. You do this by going to the IP address in the Browser. Seeing this is an HS and not sure what Firmware you are using I would use Edge in IE mode to cover all parts of the game.. Meaning newer FW does work on Chrome or Edge Normal but IE mode is best even with updated FW..

Next when you log into your NVRs IP address, Depending on the menu in both you will want to get to the Display menu. In there you will notice that it is setup for 1 type or another format. Lower it to the lowest of 1024 to be safe. IF you know for sure that your TV works in 1080P then change to that and after you apply or save it will or should be back on your screen...
Be Safe.
