Hello Gamechief,

Can you try power recycling the camera and clearing the browser cache?

Seeing how other folks are running the latest firmware version on their IP2M-841B cameras yet there have been very few reports of viewing issues identical to the one you posted (I think yours is the first one I've personally come across that's specific to the latest camera firmware version)--I would argue that the logical explanation is either your camera is defective or else one or more of your camera settings--when applied specifically to YOUR network environment--are somehow causing the issue.

Im not sure that argument can hold seeing as how the forum list is populating with issues after the firmware upgrade. While there is a chance my camera could be defective i going to go out on the limb here and bet my money on the recent firmware. The OP paints a clear picture as to what is going on with these cameras post upgrade and i believe this is something the developers should spend time reviewing.

Melvin if you look at the first page you will see that ive done a factory reset 2 times which includes a reboot. I have also pulled powered to the device multiple times. not sure there is any troubleshooting left to do when the problem is software related.

Hello Gamechief ,

I believe the issue is specific to some devices as most of our customers have upgraded to the latest firmware without much trouble. Please give us a call in so that we can look into this a little deeper and help you with an RMA if necessary.
