Stream Freeze

Stream Freeze

While viewing a cam remotely via port forwarding, there is about a 1 second freeze every two to three seconds. During the freeze, the screenshot freezes and the sound goes off. Any idea how to correct this?

Hello ISPY,
This could probably be a network bandwidth issue. Click on the Fluency control on the bottom left of the live video page and try adjusting from real time mode to fluency.The icon is just left to the PTZ function on the bottom left.
