Solid Red light
My 1080p has a solid red light and won't connect. What can I do?
Re: Solid Red light
Hello,
Please try hard resetting the camera. You can do this by pressing the green light button on the back of the camera for 15 seconds. The green light will then turn red and the camera will start to pan and tilt after a couple of seconds. After reset you have to setup the camera right from the beginning. A hard reset should fix most of the issues.

Hello danielalpizar ,
Unfortunately there is no option to update firmware through SD card. If you already tried hard resetting and dont get a green light even with the camera hard wired. I would suggest you try diff ethernet cable , diff port on the router etc. If nothing works you can replace the device under warranty.
