I think i may have fixed the issue.

I had to go to the video setting and change the bit rate and frame rate to something higher. Once I changed that the video looked better on my laptop. On my phone it always looked fine.

Hello, within the past two months I purchase two Amcrest 2K Dual Band WiFi Cameras, IP3M-941W. Immediately I notice that one of my cameras took much longer to display live view when setting up using my web browser. All connections were with Ethernet cables on my local network. Using local network software I pinged all my cameras. Very little difference between all cameras and short ping times (2.5ms -15ms). But the time between displaying the Main Stream on one camera was 25 seconds or minutes. It got worse over time. When viewing on my portable devises I would notice that I would loose the main stream, permanently. This also happens when I am at my computer on my local network. The main stream on one camera just goes away.
So I don't believe that I am dealing with any bandwidth or connection issues whether on WiFi or Ethernet with web browser or SecuritySpy. So I checked what would happen if I limited the file size of the video. Using the VGA or super HD made no difference. Broadcasting only the main stream instead of both made no difference. I always lost the main stream.
I believe that this is a video processing issue???
I am using a MacMini late 2014. Mac OS Big Sur 11.0.1--Safari 14.0.1--SecuritySpy 5.3.1 --Router: ASUS RT-AC5300 tri-band-- I also have a Amcrest IP2M-841B-V3, same problem. I am not using Amcrest software or it's web cloud service.
