NVR isn't assigning IP to cameras

Hey,

Trying to set up the 960H and can see video, NVR picks up IP from router but cameras aren't getting IP from NVR. I can see the NVR's IP in my router portal for active connections. I scanned, refreshed, etc. in the NVR software and still no camera shows up. I also rebooted my router and the NVR. Any help is appreciated.

Its not clear from your post what is the actual product model that you have. Please mention the model number.
