NTP not updating

Hi all,

I have an Amcrest IP4M-1041W Camera that I cannot get to update via NTP. I've checked using Wireshark and there are no NTP packets coming from the camera.





Is this a known issue or maybe I'm doing something incorrectly.

Try a different NTP server.. Maybe they are having issues right now. Over used or out of service I use my own NTP server so don't know.. Is the Zone set correctly.

Thanks for the reply.

Zone is set correctly. Have tried several NTP Servers. The camera does not even try to send to an NTP Server as can be seen in WireShark.
