Is the two-way audio included in the video recordings (IP2M-863EW-AI-V3)?

There's no dropdown to change the Audio Input Type from LineIn to Mic ...

Well that isn't good. I tried to see if I could send an API to the camera to change from Line in to Mic and the API that I have to the cameras with the option didn't work. So my guess with newer camera it wouldn't for you if the camera did have a Mic Input.. Sounds like Oops forgot the mic moment..

How do I get a "Support Confirmation Code" for the RMA form?

My guess is that you will need to make a ticket. This is the page for the support info for the 863EW-AI-V3 at the top of that page click submit request.

Then can make ticket but if you scroll down is rma

There are 2 link above one for the support info for that product and the second one following from that area to ask for RMA.. Might be required to make a ticket I don't know never returned a product before this way.

I called Support and got the confirmation code - RMA form has been successfully submitted.

Very nice, sorry to hear there was an issue. Crazy that the box and site say built in Mic yet there was none. That is hard to mess up

kind of absurd that they advertise a built-in mic everywhere, and in the end, it’s missing... :x

Anything could have happened. Maybe hardware issue or firmware glitch. Wish I could had my hands on one for better Idea what was going on. Maybe get lucky in April for my birthday lol.
