Hi all,

I was trying to connect through my camera using this website, but it doesn't seem to work at all. I need to be able to access from other computers off of my IP/wifi network, but as I have no control over my router, I can't forward ports to set up the DNS to do this, so I was really hope that this website would work;

However, when I try to create an account, or try to login to my device with it's serial and my login id the next page just tells me to download a plugin. I download that plugin and when I try to login again it takes me to the same page telling me to download a plugin.

I've tried on Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Edge, and Safari - I run windows 10.

Hello, i had the same problem and after reading online it would seem that live view no longer works with Chrome, try using Firefox browser, that worked ok for me.

Please look at this thread Melvin, it describes my issue - it's to do with API's. Something your software guys need to work on.

It's broken for me as well - I get the ActiveX control message, install it, then it just repeats. The behavior is the same on both Firefox and Chrome.

I think this is related to the browsers updating and no longer supporting the old plug ins that Amcrest needs.
