How to Upgrade IP2M-841B Firmware

I am at a loss and cannot find how to upgrade IP2M-841B firmware. The ArmCrest.com search sucks!

I suggest you try downloading the user manual PDF, located under the Support drop down. That info and much more are located there. The PDF info probably isn't searchable. (and I'm not being snarky - lots of documentation there)

I saw "System - Upgrade" earlier, but "System" didn't click as "camera firmware". "System" means something completely different to me.

You can manually download the firmware on your PC from the below link.

Then from the cam webinterface on PC, go to set up > System > Upgrade. Click on the 'browse' option to next to the 'Select Firmware file' and select the file you have downloaded. Click upgrade and wait for the upgrade status message.

None of the buttons seem to work on the page. I tried in I.E., Chrome and Edge. Any ideas?

Thank you Melvin. I was not able to upgrade the firmware on the device because the webpage was not working properly. I called support and they used Teamviewer to connect with me and help me through the issue.

Resolution: Do not use the link supplied in Amcrest Survelliance Pro application. Instead just browse to the IP address of your device in Firefox or IE. The setup screen actually works from here and it has automated firmware updates so that you don't have do download and install it manually.
