Firmware for ASH21

I have a few ASH21 cameras and one has an older firmware number then the rest yet wont up date throgh the app. I looked into manually updating it but the number I down load from the web site does not match any of the existing versions . Can I use it to update all my devices.
Mine is LR the website is AC. Is there a difference?

Old Version V2.680.00LR000.2.r.191106
Newer version on most of my devices V2.680.00LR000.2.r.200410
Version on web site V2.680.00AC003.0

Sounds like maybe you are looking at fw for a normal ASH21 and the FW you found is for a newer ash21 v2 maybe?

Seems the Version on web site V2.680.00AC003.0 works OK on the ASH21 (v1) as is indicates
The problem is with the SmartHome App (Android version) does not recognize the firmware is old and does not update automaticallly to the newest.

Where do I open a request to fix this?
