So there are some strange things that is for sure when it comes to playing back footage from remote area over IP however please understand if you setup your connection with your SN it will not playback Locally or Remote. So need to make sure your connection is ViA IP to play back.

I guess you are talking about ASP.  If so, I think your statement is incorrect.  In ASP Playback, I can access a remote camera using P2P, and playback SD card files located on the remote camera.

Look through these playback instructions to see if it could help you get your ASP playback working.  Amcrest Surveillance Pro is basically the same as SmartPSS.

Exactly as in the instructions you mentioned I did it, but unfortunately it does not work.
The recordings are either only partially displayed or not at all.

Can you live view your two cameras in ASP concurrently and smoothly?  If so, I don't know what your ASP problem is...

Sorry your right. I was meaning about ASP and PC-NVR in P2P it won't let you setup and or playback from P2P devices.

I have no problems with the live view of the cameras, they run fine. It only affects the display of the recordings.

Actually, these are two separate problems, but they may have a common cause.
1.) With Amcrest-Web-View I have the problems that can be seen well in the video. ( https://my.hidrive.com/lnk/ACiCi4jO )
2) With ASP I can only partially view the recordings. Playing the clips sometimes starts only after a few seconds.

I once created 5 recordings, which always start at the beginning of the minute (siehe rechte Liste). After about 6 seconds you have to see my hand with which I show the numbers 1 to 5 per recording. The first seconds of the clips are not shown to me, so that mostly not even my hand is to be seen. ( see the following screen recording: https://my.hidrive.com/lnk/A0iiCXcG )

I watched your ASP video.  You could try resetting your router but it sounds firmware related.
Since android app works, you could use screen mirroring on your phone to TV or PC to get a big picture.  How you do it would depend on what devices you have.
Or you could try running the Amcrest android app on PC by using a PC android emulator program like BlueStacks.
