Cloud Recording Not Working
All settings are in order for recording and I have 30 day cloud recording account but nothing records and no motion email alerts are sent. However, in the app, the relay alert activates when motion is detected.

1-15-2016 - Cloud service has not been working since 1-9-2016, called rep a few days ago and they dont worry, they now system is down, checked again now and still no recordings since 1-9-2017, i pay for 7 days of recoording, an event happened 1-9-2017 that I need to show the police and this service is worthless and unreliable.

So it is now 2-3 and though I have had tech support access my computer they cannot figure out why this camera that used to record to the loud no longer will record to the cloud account. Otherwise the camera works fine - I must have it recording to the cloud to place it in service. Any suggestions?

Have you tried deleting the camera from cloud and adding it again? We recently had an update on the server needing every used to add camera with its username and password.

@Melvin, yes I have tried deleting the camera from the cloud and adding it again. Approximately 40 times in all I would estimate.

2021... had to find this thread because I am having the same problem. I bought these cameras to be able to keep track of my nocturnal animals. I can't do that if I have to be awake to only watch the live feed because your poor icloud service isn't doing the one thing people pay for it to do. My subscription is still very much in date, I can control the cameras- BUT the icloud page is refusing to load like it has for the first month.

@laysea Hello and Welcome to the forum
I am not sure if it is Related or not however I had an issue with my devices and did a Reboot on my Router and after the reboot all my smart home devices are working again.. Maybe try a Router reboot and see if that clears anything up..
