cloud problem

cloud problem

All day I have been unable to see my camera on cloud it said "oops camera not found". I rebooted and did hard reset , I can see it on my Ipad and on Amcrest View but not on Cloud, I followed instructions and deleted the camera from cloud to then add it back and now all it says is "The camera you are trying to add/modify does not appear to be connected. Please reboot (power off/on) the camera and try again."

Anyone have any ideas ? I did email support to advise them it appears to be an issue with Cloud just not sure if it is a general one or just me

All I can say is that I have the same problem. Not a solution to YOUR problem but at least we know this is not an isolated exception. Hope they fix it quickly. Hope WE find an answer

I am in the same boat. One of my 3 cameras just decided to not show up on cloud (while visible through every other interface). First tried the firmware update, no go. Deleted it from cloud and tried to re-add but cloud says the camera is not connected to the internet (although I know it is). I have also rebooted, reset to factory, etc. but I can't get it to rejoin cloud for recording... scratching my head at this moment.

I have had a reply from support and they say it is an issue with Amcrest Cloud and that they are working on it and to delete the camera and to try to add it again in about 24 hours time, ok I am happy they have acknowledged it as now I know it isn't me but not so happy as that means I have a camera that doesn't record and that is paying for Cloud storage it cannot use for the past few days

Just paid $120 for a years 7 day record for 2 cameras " The camera you are trying to add/modify is not connected to the cloud. " i cant wait 24 hours for the reset as leaving the country ..was REALLY hoping to have Amcrest security while im away. I wonder how hard it is to get a refund .
After the last error i should have learned my lesson.

" Error. "over viewing limit" no explanation now doesn't work, waste of money buying their products. BEWARE .
Developer response:
"Hello, When you are over the viewing limit that means you've exceeded the amount of time you can live view your camera with the Free plan. Upgrading your plan gives you unlimited live view. "
