Cameras not working. Screens are black.

Cameras not working. Screens are black.

I bought the 960h system.
After installing and setting up all cameras were up and running now all screens are black.
I've already tried power cycling, shutting down, rebooting, even tried the hard reboot inside the machine.
Nothing is fixing the issue.
Please help.

Hello Brianone,

Go to settngs > System > General and Change the Video standard to NTSC from PAL and reboot the DVR. Please contact our technical support if you are still facing issues.

Oh thanks.
That worked and 5 of my 8 cameras are back up.
However 3 actually say "video loss"
How do I fix this?

Hello Brianone ,

Please double check the power and video connection for those three cameras on the DVR side as well as camera. You could also try restarting the DVR and see if that helps.
