My camera covers my driveway but also sees the street. I have motion detection zone set up for the driveway, and that works fine. However, also enabling human detection, I get human detected alerts every time a car goes by on the street (Well outside the motion zone I have set up)
Is there a setting that makes the human detection respect the established motion detection zones? Thanks!
ASH43W - Human Detection Zone
Re: ASH43W - Human Detection Zone
Well I don't know what the ASH43 is so I can't say that it has a human detection zone.. What I can say is if it is built like the AD410 doorbell that has both motion and human detection that it most likely will have a Human zone that can be setup. If enabled and has zone area for it then normally as with AD410 it would be full area and would need to be reduced like the pictures below for my AD410 doorbell camera..

Re: ASH43W - Human Detection Zone
The ASH43 is an outdoor camera that has motion and human detection. It has a motion zone, but no human zone in the settings. Was expecting it to use the motion zone for both. I have an AD410 and have both zones set up for just the porch also.

Re: ASH43W - Human Detection Zone
Well it seems that is something that might be a Full Zone only.. As the area in your picture states you don't have to have motion enabled for the Human detection to work. Personally if that was my camera with that setup, I would disable the Motion detection part and only use the Human. Next something that might be able to be added in a future update, I would move over to the area of the Forum where you can request future update and ask to have a Human detection zone added like the option offered in the AD410.. With it setup for Human only then you will be at least setup to get only them notices.
