App notifications stopped working

Hi,
All of a sudden my app notifications stopped for all of my cameras on my iPhone. I have tried everything I can think of, you name it and I and did it. Everything is configured correctly on my nvr and app settings. I know Amcrest had this issue in the past and they had to push out an update to their app.
Can Amcrest look into this please? It’s annoying that I can’t get notifications for my home cameras.

Thank you. I submitted a ticket over a day ago and still no response from Amcrest, ugh.

Any update on this? I’m having the same issue since starting to use the new Amcrest View Pro 2 app.
