Just purchased a 1080p IP Camera
I have it all set up properly as far as I know… I went in thru the amcrest view pro app and set it up… I also signed up for an account on the website for 14 day recording.
I set up the camera to record ALL DAY. Every day
However when I go to the web site “cloud” and look for the recordings there is nothing there
Also when I go to the amcrest cloud app on my phone is says "No activity"
Need some help with this ..
