Access via web
Access via web
I'd like to access the camera remotely over WAN, but I can not. I have tried port forwarding, upnp mapping to no avail. Please help!

Re: Access via web
You need to forward the web server port. Probably port 80
Re: Access via web
Hi,
Some routers will not allow the camera's UPnP feature to work properly. In this case you will have to do the port forwarding on your router. For remote access you will need to open the HTTP(80 by default) and the TCP(37777 by default) port of the camera. We recommend you to change the HTTP port of the camera to some other value since some routers might have the default port as 80 and it would create a port conflict.
If you still have issues connecting remotely please contact our technical support line.
