I have motion detection working and showing on the Amcrest Cloud.
however I find that sometimes the motion detection is recorded as 30 second pieces of footage on the cloud but I get no email alert or motion detection alert on the Amcrest Cloud app. Other times I do get the emails and motion detection alerts on the app.
Can anybody explain what controls this?
I am suspicious they only arrive for example when the app and live cloud web page are closed?
