Anyone know why / when the amcrest ip3m-hx2 cameras were discontinued?
I stopped using amcrest for a while due to the email alerts not working but due to time constraints I must hook up another ip3m-hx2 but cant seem to find them anymore.
What was the reason for discontinuation? Is there anything of similar size / form factor? I do not need a swivel type camera.

I am not 100% sure as i as well really liked the camera, i have one at my home and continue to use it. However i think it might be related to how popular other cameras were vs the HX series. In the future we might look into bringing an updated version of the HX series camera back. However this will ultimately be up to the R&D team.

its very very sleek looking and the app works great as well as the new smart features such as Auto tracking over all great camera.
