Just installed Surveillance Pro and have successfully gotten the cameras to record motion detection the the NVR.
Is recording video of events set up as a Windows Service? If so, what is the name of the service?
Is the service set to run at power on? In other words, is it set such that an user does not need to be logged in?
Is recording always happening?
Re: Is recording always happening?
If you have PC-NVR setup and is recording with Disk Space setup within ASP and you have PC-NVR to start up and auto log in when you start your computer then yes if you setup a camera to record in PC-NVR of ASP then when your computer starts that PC-NVR will start and recording will take place.
So to Recap.
You started ASP, You setup your camera, you setup your PC-NVR, you then gave PC-NVR HDD space from your computer, you added your Camera(s) to PC-NVR, you choose a Schedule for what and how you want to record. At the bottom right in the hidden apps right click on Pc-NVR and make sure that it is setup for Auto Log on at Startup. That should cover it..
