Smart Home Cloud Service for AD410
Because I’m so poor I can only afford the plan with 3 minutes cool down time. Today every single detection fell on or within the 3 minute mark. The front of this house has high traffic being next to a train station.

Not sure. I don't have Cloud I am to poor for that.. Plus I don't like others having access to my footage.. What I don't understand the cost of a Micro Sd card today is so low, Can find a 32gb one at Walmart for less then 7 bucks. Why wouldn't you just buy a Micro SD card and store the footage local where you have control of the footage.. Being in a high traffic area don't mean you have to record all that. Unless you have no area in front of your door to the Train Station. Personally wouldn't live there myself..
Don't know how your setup is made. My guess is that you are being alerted for Motion events that you are not recording or not setup to record. Maybe the cloud based recording are setup on Human Detection and that needs to be setup on the Smart Home app. Click the Cog at the top right, click on Motion Detection, then below motion info is Human Detection, Is that Enabled? If it is have you setup the area you want people to be detected?. When you click on Human Detection Zone you can choose where you want the grid to be. If you want the Grid like in my case the camera can see across my street, the street is about 45 feet from the camera. So I have my zone setup to detect only area within my grass area onto my porch. All other traffic is ignored and I get notices with recordings to a Micro SD card of only what I want and have setup the grid to be.. View live video is so you can see what is going on right now. If you want motion and human detection then it will need to be part of your Cloud package. Personally I would only go with Local Storage and setup for backup to a DVR or NVR in case someone takes your camera seeing they are in reach of bad actors..
