AD410 Events Playback Not Working

I’m having an odd issue with an AD410. When clicking on any events from the Events page, only the first frame shows up, then a spinning wheel, and then followed by an overlayed button to return to the Live View.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Double check that you have a MicroSD installed and not full, never gets 100% before I get playback issues, I format and playback works again.
