About the Job: Repair Center Technician - Tester

Our reverse logistics team needs help. You'll be responsible for testing a variety of electronic products to ensure they are working properly and can be refurbished for use as replacement products (for customers requesting a warranty replacement) or for sale as refurbished units. This includes tasks such as testing products hands-on, verifying quality of the product to approve or deny eligibility of being classified as refurbished, recording the type and quantity of refurbished or defective units, assisting with warehouse tasks and responsibilities, and more. You’ll also be responsible for other duties, such as tasks not related to your specific position. Since we are a growing company, we need helping hands in all areas. You should have a strong technical background, be incredibly organized, and above all else, have the ability to learn new concepts and procedures quickly and easily. You will also need some incredible patience.

Requirements and Desired Traits:

• Tests functionality of electronic products and maintains quality of products by separating products from defective ones.
• Records type and quantity of defective products.
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Excel to record data from tested products.
• Should be able to multi-task between different responsibilities that arise.
• Experience with testing and repairing electronics highly desired but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Training will be provided.
