For the most part I have everything working. Only issue is it will only record video to the sd card in the camera (device). If I click the record button on the live view, the video goes to the specified folder (local) but does not use the allocated space.
I have the PC NVR set up as follows.
HDD MGT - 300g allocated on NAS computer running the NVR (overwrite)
Device MGT - correct chl is selected (cam 1)
Schedule - set to reg record 24/7 (it does this but only puts recordings on sd card)
Now when I go into the device config>camera, its only listing the sd card under the local tab. no listing for the HDD on the PC. I'm guessing this is where the issue is.

I am not sure as I don't remember the in and outs of ASP and PC-NVR..
But if I remember right you have to setup the Schedule in the PC-NVR to how you want it to record on the computer... Then you need to make sure that the PC-NVR is setup to Auto Log in...
So you will bring up ASP, Then click on PC-NVR, then click on Record Plan in there you will want to setup Regular (Green) or MD (Red) or how ever you want to setup the recordings... .Then press the Save below on bottom right. Another important factor is at the top it will have the name you made for it, the Ip like mine for my ASh21 is 10.0.0.139 (The Computer IP for PC-NVR), then Port mine is default of 37777 and That most important thing is that it says it is Online next to Status.
Then once all is added and setup I always close it Reboot the computer and make sure that the PC-NVR that starts in the Tray is Set to being on.. Then leave it for an hour if you setup Regular recording and after an hour check back.. What you are looking to do in Playback don't click the camera you setup but you want to Click the Pc-NVR then click the camera for playback and now your last hour should show up in the playback bar
